The members of the Female Faculty Club came together for the first lunch meeting of the 2024 summer semester on Wednesday, May 22 at the Faculty of Spatial Planning.

As suggested at the last assembly, the FFC lunch meetings should focus more on getting to know the research of female colleagues. The meetings will therefore take place in the format of a "visit to colleagues" in order to get to know various female professors and their research areas directly on site in the respective premises.

Prof. Renée Tribble from the Department of Spatial Planning kicked off the meeting on Wednesday, 22 May. Prof. Tribble gave an insight into current and previous projects, about which there were interested questions and the exchange quickly got underway. The location on the top floor of the Department of Urban Development, Urban Land Use Planning and Urban Design Processes offered a wonderful panoramic view as a backdrop.

The next lunch meeting will be hosted by Prof. Liudvika Leisyte (Faculty of Business and Economics/Professorship for University Didactics and Research).

The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 12 - 1 pm on the North Campus in the Center for Higher Education (zhb), (Vogelpothsweg 78, Room 114, 1st floor).
