The current university culture is characterised by phenomena of diversity and heterogeneity. However, diversity has so far not been used, or not enough targeted use has been made of it, for the development of organisational and personal potential. For this to succeed, communication and exchange between all groups involved is needed above all. In this event, not only students but all those involved in the teaching-learning process, i.e. also teachers and employees in university services and administration, are invited to discuss and work on the topic of diversity for TU Dortmund University. The ideal DiWiki learning team for this event consists of students who attend the seminar weekly as well as teachers and employees in the administrative area of the TU Dortmund University. The aim is to learn together with regard to the necessary key competences in dealing with heterogeneity. The aim is to bring together different perspectives that can be used to optimise the university's teaching-learning culture. The further transfer into the own teaching practice is intended. The seminar (v)identifies perspectives of learning diversity with a view to concrete didactic requirements and possibilities for action. In addition to e-learning-based self-learning elements, group discussions, exercises and diversity awareness training are offered.
