Kaya Gödeke and Nicole Jansen from SchuDS were guests on the podcast "Voices of TU" by the teaching editorial team at TU Dortmund University's Institute of Journalism.

"Around a quarter of students (26%) have experienced discrimination themselves during their studies, and almost half (46%) have observed discrimination against others." This is shown in this study by Jasmin Meyer, Susanne Strauß and Thomas Hinz. The podcast Voices of TU by students from the teaching editorial team at the Institute of Journalism took this as an opportunity to talk to Kaya Gödeke and Nicole Jansen from SchuDS about what forms of discrimination there are and why sexualized violence is not just physical.

It's not even a question of whether it wasn't meant that way, but whether the violation occurred in the first place. I always like to use the example: If I accidentally step on someone's foot, it is irrelevant whether it was an accident or whether I did it on purpose, because the injury occurred at that moment.
