In order to be able to recognize anti-Semitism and react appropriately to it, teachers, staff and students often report a lack of knowledge about its manifestations. In cooperation with ADIRA e.V., SchuDS invites all employees of TU Dortmund University, RUB and UDE to learn more about this on November 4 from 9 am to 1 pm.

Anti-Semitism is a problem in many areas of society and is also noticeable at universities. The situation has worsened since the Hamas attack on Israel, with many Jewish students reporting anti-Semitic incidents or universities becoming the site of anti-Semitic agitation.

Teachers, staff and students at universities are then often faced with the challenge of responding appropriately. In order to gain confidence in dealing with anti-Semitic incidents, knowledge about its manifestations as well as concrete counter-strategies is required.

When? Nov 4th 2025 9am - 1pm
