I usually work as follows:
- Mondays 11.00 to 17.00 in the home office
- Tuesdays 11.00 to 17.00 on site
- Wednesdays off
- Thursdays vacation
- Fridays 11.00 to 16.30 in the home office
Qi gong is a Chinese form of meditation, concentration and movement for the cultivation of body, mind and soul. The practice includes breathing exercises, physical and movement exercises, concentration and meditation exercises. The exercises are designed to help harmonize the practitioner and regulate the body's energy.
I have been practising qigong and tai chi (and some yoga) since 2005. I started teaching qigong in the park in July 2019.
