Notification of pregnancy, miscarriage or breastfeeding

The aim of the Maternity Protection Act is to enable students to continue their studies during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or after a miscarriage without compromising their health or that of their child. Any disadvantages arising from pregnancy and childbirth, miscarriage, or breastfeeding should be avoided or compensated for as far as possible.

There is an obligation to notify if the place, time and course of the training event is prescribed by the training center or if a mandatory internship is completed as part of the school or university education.
