Two colour bars of different widths, in black and orange, run diagonally from the top left to the bottom right. In the upper black section, the text 'Myths and rights regarding sexual violence in the workplace' is written in white. Below this, on a white background, there is a calendar icon and the text: '25 June 2026, 9 am–2 pm online'. To the right of this, on an orange background, are four Scrabble tiles bearing the letters 'M', 'E', 'T', 'O', 'O', which spell out the word 'ME TOO'. At the bottom left, you can see a raised arm with an open palm, stopping the wooden blocks from toppling over. © Nicole Jansen/TU Dortmund
Although sexualized violence in the workplace is widespread, social taboos lead to ignorance, myths and uncertainty about how to act. SchuDS invites employees of TU Dortmund University to take part in online training.

Dear employees,

Every 5th person is affected by sexualized harassment in the workplace or has observed it. As a result, you all know people who are affected or who are the source of the problem. This issue affects us all - as victims, as witnesses and especially as employees with a duty of care.

Persistent myths still shape how we perceive, classify and react to such situations. Yet the legal rights to protection are often far stronger than many people realize. We cordially invite you to our internal training event:
