Construction fence meets poster exhibition "colorful is more beautiful"

Dear members of the university,

the artist Kassandra Ruhm, together with the Queer*Peers of TU Dortmund University, invites you to a personal tour along the construction fence exhibition "bunt ist schöner" on the North Campus.

When? May 19, 2026 - 2 p.m.

Meeting point? Mensa bridge at the beginning of the exhibition - TU Dortmund University | North Campus

The exhibition shows posters from the series of the same name by Kassandra Ruhm, who is committed to social diversity and respect for people from different backgrounds.

During the tour, the artist will provide insights into the creation of the works, the stories behind the photographs and the design of the exhibition.

The poster exhibition has been on display on the fence in front of the Central Library on North Campus since 8 May and was organized by Queer*Peers, the network of queer employees at TU Dortmund University.

QR codes on the posters can also be used to call up audible image descriptions for blind and visually impaired people.
