Dr. Lena Eckert and Dr.Anne Freese from the icp – institute for critique and practice gGmbH and the Network on Motherhood and Science are shedding light on patterns of discrimination and highlighting the urgent need to counteract the impending loss of an entire generation of researchers, particularly due to the so-called “Corona Gap.”

At the same time, diversity is considered a fundamental prerequisite for good science.
