Caring for a family member often comes as a surprise. Organizing the care situation is a challenge. For many caregivers, juggling work or school, their own family, and caregiving is a balancing act. Care navigator Ulrike Grate offers helpful information and tips.

Ulrike Grates, who has served as the care coordinator at TU Dortmund University since 2021, invites all members of the university community who are facing the challenges of caring for family members or who will take on this responsibility in the future to join a discussion via Zoom.
